1. Returns Eligibility : We accept returns only under the following conditions: Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered. Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proper unboxing video is required as proof (without cuts).

2. Non-Returnable Items : The following items are not eligible for return: Used or washed products, Products without original tags, Customized or special edition items, Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)

3. Refund Policy : If your return request is approved: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. Refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy : We allow exchange only if: Wrong size was sent by us. Wrong product delivered. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy : Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as the printing process begins.
