Returns EligibilityWe accept returns only under the following conditions:Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.Proper unboxing video is required as proof (without cuts).⚠️ Since our products are made-to-order (print on demand), we do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

2. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return:Used or washed productsProducts without original tagsCustomized or special edition itemsDiscounted or sale items (unless damaged)

3. Refund PolicyIf your return request is approved:Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.Refund will be credited to the original payment method.In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange PolicyWe allow exchange only if:Wrong size was sent by us.Wrong product delivered.Exchange is subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation PolicyOrders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as the printing process begins.6.
